- Entries into QuickBooks Desktop, which we manage
- Create and email up to 10 invoices per month
- Account reconciliation on 1 bank account and 1 credit card account per month
- Prepare 1099s at the end of the year for your taxes
- Financial reports emailed to you every month

Simple, Organized Bookkeeping
Email your scanned material so you can keep the original receipts at all times.

Put your receipts in an envelope and mail them to us. When everything is entered on our end, the receipts will be sent back to you for your records.
Need Help will classify and code your receipts, bills, deposits, expenses, and invoices into a standard chart of accounts.
All deposits will be batch processed and placed under Sales.
